The following terms apply to every competition offered by Random Raffles ("we", "us", "our"). By entering a competition you agree to these terms in full.

1. Nature of competitions

All competitions are skill-based prize competitions. Each competition includes a skill-based question. Only entries that answer the skill question correctly are eligible to win. We do not operate a lottery.

2. Eligibility

• You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
• Employees of Random Raffles and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
• You may only hold one user account.

3. Entry methods

Entries can be made online by purchasing tickets, or for free by post (see our Free Entry page). Free and paid entries have an equal chance of winning.

4. Tickets and limits

Each competition has a fixed total ticket allocation, a ticket price, and a maximum number of tickets per user. These are clearly displayed on each competition page.

5. Closing time

Each competition closes when either all tickets are sold or the published countdown timer ends, whichever happens first. No entries received after the close time will be valid.

6. The draw

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries (with a correct skill answer) using a verifiable random number generator. Draws take place within 48 hours of close.

7. Prizes

Prizes are as described on the competition page. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer within 48 hours of the draw. Physical prizes are dispatched within 5 working days. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless otherwise stated.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By entering you authorise the payment for the number of tickets selected.

10. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Publicity

By entering, you agree that if you win we may publish your first name, surname initial, and town on our Winners page and social media. You may opt out of further publicity by contacting us.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the value of any tickets you have purchased.

13. Responsible play

Please play responsibly. Set yourself a budget and stick to it. If you feel that participation is becoming a problem please contact GamCare for support.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your entry applies to that entry.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
