Refund policy

Once a ticket has been issued, all sales are final and tickets are generally non-refundable. The following exceptions may apply at our discretion:

  • If a competition is cancelled before its draw, all paid entries will be refunded in full.
  • If you accidentally purchased duplicate tickets in error, contact us within 24 hours and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
  • If we identify a fraudulent or unauthorised payment we will refund the affected payment.
